- COVID-19 Electricity Relief Program- The Public Utility Commission of Texas has set up a bill assistance program for eligible Residential customers impacted by COVID-19.
How do you qualify for this program?
If you are a residential customer and a member of your household qualifies for unemployment benefits you are able to contact the Low Income List Administrator (LILA) to sign up at:
1-866-454-8387 (Choose Option 1 After Language selection)
or online at https://www.txcovid19erp.org
You must share proof of unemployment status from the Texas Workforce Commission and essential information (including name, electricity service address, and preferably, REP, and electricity account number with REP with the LILA administrator.
If you do not yet have your proof of unemployment from the Texas Workforce Commission, you can be provisionally added to the list. You will then have 30 days to submit all paperwork requested or you will be removed from the list Please remember to submit all paperwork to the LILA administrator and not APG&E.
